Thomas is the founder of The Grady Firm.
Prior to starting the Firm, Thomas was a managing partner at Grady Black, a full-service consulting firm specializing in all aspects of small business development. In this role he developed solutions to complex client situations on all matters relating to blockchain law, governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, real property and estate planning. Before law, he was analyzing derivatives for MUFG The Bank of Tokyo.
